San Clemente

"I vision a place where people can live together more pleasantly than any other place in America.  I am going to build a beautiful city on the ocean where the whole city will be a park." Ole Hanson, 1925.

Today you can enjoy a stroll through shops in a Spanish-style village, walk on miles of beach, watch the sunset from the pier, live in beautifully developed communities and much more. Ole Hanson's dream come true.

Laguna Niguel

Laguna Niguel's proximity to the coast provides an ideal climate which allows for year-round enjoyment of its beautiful parks and nearby attractions. Over one-third of Laguna Niguel is designated for open space and this is one of the key features that defines the character and urban form of our City. The City offers 2 community parks, 22 neighborhood parks, Laguna Niguel Regional Park, 2 small county parks and 1 community pool.

San Juan Capistrano

The community is situated in a coastal valley one mile from the ocean and halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego. The City has easy access to the rest of Orange County and Southern California via Interstate 5, the San Joaquin Toll Way and the Foothill Transportation Corridor. The City is served by both Amtrak and Metrolink rail service. We are located twenty miles south of Orange County (John Wayne) Airport and sixty miles from Los Angeles and San Diego International Airports.  Mild winters and pleasant summers with offshore breezes prevailing. The sun is usually shining and the birds are always singing. It would be difficult to find nicer weather, anywhere in the world. We are blessed to live and work in this community.

Laguna Beach

Laguna Beach is Southern California's premier seaside artist haven. Quaint cottages amidst subtropical gardens line bluffs above sandy coves along a seven mile scenic coastline. Inland, luxuriant foliage and sea view homes cover lower canyons and ridges of hills that rise more than 1,000 feet above the ocean. Artists began arriving here over a century ago to enjoy the year-round, picture-postcard weather. Today, visitors from around the world come to Laguna Beach to enjoy the many superb art galleries, restaurants, and hotels, many with breathtaking sunset views.
